Awesome service good dudes Great personalities they did my tire change on my 2019 fat Bob noticed my front forks were off fix that issue for me. Service was fast but not too fast took their time to make sure I was safe on the road will be coming back in the future for services. They even push my bike in the garage and onto the lift while I forgot to give them my key fob my bad.
I usually wrench on my own bikes, but I just picked up a ‘99 FXST and was swamped with work. With the weekend coming up, I wanted to take it out for a solid ride, so I figured I’d give this shop a shot. Heard good things, saw solid reviews online, and gave them a call. They gave me a straight-up price for a full service and told me I could drop it off the next day—sweet! Rolled in, met the owner—cool old-school biker dude—his crew was chill, and they knocked out the work same day. Picked it up that evening and was able to take my "new to me" bike on a two-day ride. Ran smooth, no issues—exactly what I needed. They even removed the melted jean/shoelace that was on the exhaust. 10/10—highly recommend.
I brought my bike to them to install heated hand grips, and what should have been a simple and easy installation turned into an ordeal because of previous unrelated work done by another shop. Bruce and Joe had to call to get new wiring harnesses, rewire the harness through the handlebars, and clean up some sloppy wiring. In the end, they were able to get the job done RIGHT and PROPERLY. They also installed a new adjustable clutch lever and were kind enough to clean my chrome pipes with some steel wool where my pants got burnt on them. I would highly recommend them if you own a Harley, and need any work done to your bike, they do everything from tires to clutches to engine rebuilds.
Bruce and Joe are amazing. Knowledgeable about what they do. I’m glad I can bring my bike to them for service. They’ve worked on my Road King and are now doing things for my Road Glide. If you’re looking for a shop safe yourself a headache and just bring it here.
Bike broke down about 2 miles away. They came and got me and fixed my bike right away. Fantastic service, very knowledgable and easy on the pocket book. As soon as I get another bike will be having them do any and all my work. Both new and old school.
