I’ve been suffering from three herniated discs for the past three years. I tried everything, and at my lowest point I had basically given up and decided surgery was my only option. I’m incredibly thankful that I randomly came across Advanced Spine and Sports Care. From the very beginning, they helped me believe in myself again—even after I had lost all hope. The doctors are extremely professional, and the entire staff truly feels like family. I’ve only been coming here for about a month, and the progress has been unbelievable. I’m walking better, I’m pain-free, and for the first time in years, I feel like I have my life back. I can’t thank everyone enough. Truly—thank you.

I started coming here after injuring my lower back in January, and it’s been a great experience. The staff is super friendly, and the recovery program has really helped me get back into my workouts. Dr. Neto is awesome—always caring and checking in on my progress. Highly recommend this clinic!

I cant talk highly enough about this team. They are absolutely lovely and so easy to work with. They're friendly, caring and always flexible. I found this team when I lived in the city 6 or 7 years ago when I found them. I moved to the northern suburbs 4 1/2 years ago and still make the trek into the City for my adjustments because I absolutely love this team! Highly recommend and can't say enough wonderful things!

I have greatly enjoyed my time in physical therapy here. The therapy exercises and massages have been extremely revealing--honestly, it's giving real psychotherapy for the body--and my daily routines have been shifted because of them (in a good way). The only thing that leaves me wanting more are the chiropractic adjustments. The doctors are super cool, and the adjustments for the spine are always well done. However, as a dancer/athlete, my knees, ankles, and feet are tried just as much--if not more--as the rest of my body on a daily basis. I understand if it's not part of the practice/curriculum, but it's definitely something I non-negotiably need. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend ASSC to my general group of family and friends, especially for the holiday pies! 😁

I came to them with a constant back pain that I had for years and I just couldn’t get rid of and they told me they can fix it and they actually did. I now have no pain at all and I feel stronger than ever! I love the whole staff and i appreciate everything they have done for me! They do a good job of explaining the importance of chiro and I highly recommend them 💯.
