This place is absolutely awful. I called ahead to make an appointment. They said they didn’t accept appointments, but there was less than an hour wait to be seen by a doctor. 4 hours later, I haven’t been seen by a doctor, I’ve been in a waiting room with other sick patients, no one can provide an update, and they refuse to refund copayments so that I can leave. I without a doubt hate this place and can only go here due to Kaiser’s HMO insurance. Worst care ever.

Wife had an urgent care need and they got her in fast because they didn’t have a lot of people. But then they left us in a room for an HOUR and a HALF and forgot about us. Once I got someone’s attention they finally sent a doctor. The staff in there are truly smooth brained and don’t care about the patients. One of the WORST run Kaiser we been to.

How dystopian is it that I can’t just go to an urgent care and get treatment? Apparently I have to ‘be a member with Kaiser Permanente’ in order to be seen. Like what? Capitalism has gone too far, now medical centers turn people away because I don’t pay a membership fee or something. And the front desk lady was QUICK to ask me are you a member? Horrible experience on top of the fact I’m sick. This place is in the business of profit, not people.

Showed up at 6:30 for an ear infection. Took my copay, weight, blood pressure, temp immediately. Waited until 8p to be called to be seen by a doctor. It is 8:45p and I have yet to have further communication. I asked someone in the hall what the ETA is and she said another 30 min to an hour! So I have to wait over 3 hours to be seen for an ear infection??? This is ABSURD. I can’t even leave a full review because I HAVEN’T BEEN TREATED YET.

I had a scheduled appointment at the Medical Center on a Friday afternoon. All of the staff were friendly and professional. My appointment and doctor were on time, and I completed my procedure earlier than expected. I was somewhat frustrated that the KP app that I was encouraged to use was difficult to use at the Med Center. It may be that you have to log onto the KP wifi first. It also seems they have cut staffing as the reception desk on the 6th floor and cafeteria in the lobby were closed.
