Every provider I saw was extremely empathetic and helpful. I felt heard, and they helped me get the treatment I needed. It wasn’t exactly fast, but I would rather have someone take the time to listen to me and wait a little longer knowing they’re doing that for everyone.

The January 30,2026 visit to the Medstar Urgent Care was lifesaving . The wait time was not long. Everyone was extremely kind and supportive. Im on the mend now and am very appreciative to everyone. The PA , Mr. Saman, was thorough, with explanations and treatment solutions. I feel better. Cannot say enough about everything and everyone. They care and it shows. Thanks to all of the staff at the location. TM

This was my 1st time being treated at Capitol Hill Urgent Care, the experience was Awesome the workers there awesome, very pleasant from the desk to the treatment area! I give them 5 stars plus! Great staff and great physician during my recent visit. The doctor explained things very well and and made sure that I had all my questions answered. In a place that was chaotically busy, i was pleasantly surprised to see that the patient consultation aspect did not go by the wayside. She was excellent at performing my cyst drainage procedure and helping to reduce anxiety/ discomfort during it. She also thoroughly discussed the treatment plan with gave me all the necessary resources/meds/etc. Going forward

10s, 10s, 10s...!!! All accross the board! I checked into my reservation for 2pm as well as my boyfriend for 2:10pm. The front desk staff were nice and very transparent about the wait time and how far along the medical staff was in seeing patients. I love that they gave us an option to wait or reschedule. Fast forward from the triage with the MA down to the PCT and NP, Ms. Burnette, my visit was not anything short of amazing. Ms. Burnette was very thorough and it felt like I had been knowing her or seeing her as my physician forever! She was very professional and family welcoming. She's very knowlegeable and provided so many resources pertaining to my visit. I left Medstar Urgent Care feeling at ease and knowing that I was in good hands. I will be returning in the future hopefully no time soon. Thanks again Ms. Burnette for your excellent service. 🙂
