Don’t know about the company itself, but I did reach out about an erratic driver. If safety could reach out so I could send over video. They were not to happy about having called in about the complaint.They Disregarded public safety and video footage goes for about 20 miles from San Antonio to San Marcos. License plate KFW0980. Merges across solid white lines and if try’s to cut semi with a heavy load on a sharpe curve. Smh

Advanced Hardwood Floors should be your only choice if you looking for craftsmen when installing and staining your floor. They have done two homes for me and tjis last is five hours away from SA. I paid their travel up charge to come this far because these guys are this good. Excellent service and not rushing when helping you select your stain. They made close to ten different samples for us over a two month period until we were satisfied. Highly recommend this company.

I called Advanced Wood Floors to get the wood floors in my 1945 home sanded and refinished. The previous owners had painted over the wood floors and I was able to strip the paint myself but really needed a professional to finish the job to restore them back to their natural beauty. I had a short timeline because my lease was ending and the initial company I had reached out kept dragging out our communication. Chris Byrom came out to look give me an estimate. I let her know that I also wanted to do the hallway which at the time was covered with a sheet type vinyl. She told me to expect the worst because we really had no idea about the condition of the wood. We agreed on doing all the rooms and potentially adding in the hallway. Juan and another person came out sand and make a couple of repairs. Chris and Juan kept me updated on progress. I ended up having Juan remove the vinyl flooring in the hallway. We added in the extra work into my quote. I believe the job was completed in a little under two weeks time and I could not be happier with the results. The wood floors look great!

I did a hell of a lot of calling around to see who could help me in the rebuild of a pipe burst/flood in my house. I called several companies that couldn’t have cared less if I would be a customer or not, until I called Advanced Wood Floors. Fernando answered the phone and literally instantaneously made me feel like they wanted my business. He scheduled, came to my house on time, went over our options and stayed on top of everything even throughout the process of insurance taking so long. During the install there was a couple of (very minor) hiccups that Fernando jumped on and corrected right away. They truly went above and beyond for me and not even to mention how beautiful my floors are now. I really appreciate people like him in businesses like this because it makes a huge difference.

I had a small old house that needed the red oak floors sanded and refinished. Advanced Wood Floors did a great job. They suggested a low VOC product for me, sanded down the floors and put down three coats (stain coat, and two clear coats). They let me see several stain options before picking one. The floors look and feel completely new! They arrived as scheduled and finished a day or two earlier than promised. Also since they have vacuums hooked up to their equipment, they didn’t leave much sawdust behind either ! I wouldn’t hesitate to give them my next job! edit: several of these photos were taken at night with a cheap LED construction lamp, it actually looks much better than the photos in person
