First of all, one of the most friendly people I have encountered in some time. While I waited to be the next customer, he was helping a person who had been there before, and he remembered her. Took care of her issue under warranty, so I knew I was in a great spot. Replaced my watch battery within 5 minutes, very friendly the entire time. If ever I have a need again, I will be sure to visit this place again. Nice little kiosk right by the down escalator of the food court.

My oldest son gifted me a watch for my birthday this year and I went to this gentleman to take some links out. He smiled the entire time and was patient, understanding, and gentle with me. I appreciate him making my watch perfect for me and I thought the cost was very reasonable.

The service took less than 2 minutes to add a tab to my Bulova watch at no charge! I will be back for them to service all my Bulova, Seiko and Citizen watches. Very friendly people. Thanks ENDLESS TIME!!!

This place is amazing. She has fixed my watch a number of times. Her customer service is amazing. I remember when she had a broken foot coming to work. She can fix anything and always smiling. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you.
