Advantage Computer Solutions located in the Passaic Park neighborhood is the ideal business to purchase from, set-up and maintain your personal or business computers. They have been my neighbor for over 30 years. It's a small firm managed by 3 brothers each very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Al, the Senior Engineer has assisted me on several occasions to keep my personal system up and running. He recently helped to restore my laptop keyboard that was made non-functional due to the endless Microsoft updates to Windows 11. I am so very appreciative of Nasser and Al for their conscientious and diligent efforts in transferring all my data from my old computer to the new one. They did a perfect job! And what is so wonderful is that they are so caring and respectful of the needs of their customers. Al was great! He was extraordinary knowledgeable, clearly an industry veteran. He had pinned down, resolved and tested a complex issue in under an hour and was happy to let me watch him work and teach me a bit. Worth every penny, would recommend.

I have been going to them for years and their customer service is always amazing. Recently, I needed my entire work computer transferred over to a new one and ready to go by Monday, so I wouldn't miss work. They went out of their wait to accommodate me, even coming in early to make sure everything was set up perfectly. That kind of dedication and reliability is rare, and it is why I keep coming back. They are always professional, thorough and always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of!

What a dump. Highly unprofesional. The technicians did a terrible job. They didnt return the parts after my upgrade and it took them days to get it back because they sold it (Video Card). There were visible marks on my computer case when I got it back. They promised a same day repair on a Thursday and I didn't finish the computer until Monday. They did a very bad job of rewiring the computer like I gave it to them. They tried to justify it by saying thats the way Dell's run the only problem is that its not a Dell. I asked them to put things back the way I gave it to them. They tried to convince me that the rewiring is better and thats the way Dell does it. I had to bring it elsewhere because the Power button was unstable. I brought it to the Microcenter and they told me the entire motherboard was not correctly wired. The technician said I was lucky it didnt fry my motherboard. To be specific. Dell makes their computers to turn on by pressing a button on the keyboard. They do this by programming the motherboard to always be on even when its off. They also use their own specific motherboard that is capable of such function. My Computer was on all the time. Advantage is a place to NOT have your repairs done. I wouldnt go there for service even if it were free. They can only screw things up and take ADVANTAGE of their customers. Sorry for the long details. I just didnt want anyone to go through the same thing I had to go through.
