This company has been responsive every time I’ve needed their services. During my most recent service call, they quickly identified the issue, offered a clear solution, and returned exactly when they said they would to take care of it. Daniel was the technician who assisted me, and his professionalism and ability to explain the system were truly top-notch. Highly recommend!

Logan Grinnell and the other gentleman came out to fix a previous issue from an install. Logan grinnell Custer service was phenomal. He came and fixed my issue and addressed all my concerns with a smile on his face. I would say that he specially made me want to continue service with the company because he didn’t fail to address any of my concerns and went above and beyond. Please provide him a pay raise, and ensure you keep him with the company.

I called Advantage Heating and Cooling because my 2008 Trane HVAC system had a slight moldy smell coming through the floor vents. The service technician Chris thoroughly inspected and explained the service that my HVAC needed. The one thing that he did not do that I appreciated was he advised that I needed a new unit but Never tried to pressure me into buying a new one. During the service call, he cleaned the coils, cleaned the blower motor that was completely covered with black fungus. He tuned the unit . The unit heats and cools and the smell is gone. I was really pleased with the service provided by Advantage Heating and Cooling. I would highly recommend the company to my family and friends.

Our AC had suddenly stopped working Sunday night - we had called 5 other companies all of which couldn't come out for almost a week. First call to Advantage and they immediately sent someone out. I'm so sorry I can't remember the person's name but he was wonderful! Did a thorough check of everything, was straight to the point, but best of all he didn't try upcharge or sell us anything. I am definitely going to set up yearly maintenance with this company because I was so impressed by their timelines, communication and service. Thank you!

Advantage installed the HVAC systems in my home when it was constructed in 2011. I have had a maintenance contract with them ever since we purchased the home at the end of that year. Their technicians are outstanding! Today, Derrick F did semiannual maintenance on our two systems. He was professional, highly competent and very thorough. He is a joy to work with and I highly recommend him and Advantage Heating & Cooling! Update to my review: My upstairs HVAC system quit working during the hot Memorial Day Weekend (2024). I called Advantage and Michael P was dispatched to my home. Michael quickly diagnosed the problem and got our system running beautifully again! Michael is a real pleasure to work with. He has a lot of valuable experience and is super smart. I highly recommend him and Advantage Heating & Cooling!
