Very much satisfied with their service. Allan and the team have been taking care of my business and personal tax since 2011. Always stay on top of everything. Although I am in BC, the geographical and time difference doesn't matter at all. I can simply focus on developing my business without worrying about any tax or accounting issues.

Allan sorted through several years of returns for me, with a mix of freelance work and full time work at different times. He optimized everything and I was quite pleased with the amount of money I got back from the government. But the most valuable thing by far was the peace of mind.

Effective meetings, always on topic. Allan is a great communicator, knows how to explain the bogus world of accounting in simple terms, and prioritizes the important elements one at a time so I don't get overwhelmed. Xero, the accounting platform he's using is also a breeze to use; just make sure you spend the time to get comfortable with it - ask Allan for tips/hacks along the way - it does make life easier for everyone involved! Allan really feels like part of the team! We're a small skincare company in Montreal (just me & my wife for now). We've gone through two other accountants: the first was very old-school and also couldn't give us a clear answer on anything. The other charged us for every email, practically. This is how it should be. (And who has ever said that about taxes?)
