Pleasantly surprised by the communication and the efficiency of this place. Signed up online and followed my checking process IRT. Came here for a chest X-ray after another urgent care said we needed to go elsewhere bc they do not have an X-ray machine. They re-ran some of the tests from earlier in the day, provided a diagnosis and electronically sent my prescriptions to Costco. Worked like a charm. Loved Maggie and how clear and straightforward she was as well as all the other assistants. Will return should I become ill again.

I had a fantastic experience at this urgent care. The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment I walked in, making me feel heard and cared for. The provider was exceptionally thorough with their examination, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I especially appreciated their honesty regarding my treatment options and recovery timeline. It’s rare to find such high-quality, transparent care—highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment for 1pm and I wasn’t seen until 40 minutes later, plus I wrote in my appointment notes what I needed (which included an x-ray) and the x-ray tech doesn’t work on the weekends. It would’ve been nice to know that so I could reschedule to a weekday. Fortunately, the employees are extremely nice! They made me feel very comfortable and were wonderful to talk to! I’d return simply because of the great interactions with the people who work there. Hopefully it was an off day and I’ll be seen at my scheduled appointment time in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at AFC Urgent Care. From the very beginning, everything was smooth and efficient. I was able to book an appointment within just 3 hours of looking, which was a huge relief. When I arrived, the check-in process was quick, and I was taken back promptly and completely finished within 30 minutes—which is honestly unheard of in healthcare. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The entire environment felt calm and supportive, not rushed or impersonal at all. I was treated by Maggie Frye, and she was truly exceptional. Maggie took the time to really listen to me, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel heard and understood. She was relatable, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable, which instantly put me at ease. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before leaving. You can genuinely tell she cares about her patients, and that made all the difference. This was my first time ever visiting an urgent care, and because of this experience, it definitely won’t be my last. I will 100% be recommending AFC Urgent Care—and especially Maggie Frye—to everyone I know. An outstanding experience from start to finish!

Very professional, stress free walk-in appointment. It took a little over an hour start to finish, but I expected it would take time in the late morning on the day after a holiday. It was easy to fill all the info in online and I could see where I was in the number of patients ahead of me. The Nurse Practitioner was thorough and prescribed medication to treat my illness, encouraging me to return if my symptoms persisted or became worse. Very courteous. Staff explained the process for billing and payment. Would 100% recommend.
