I just finished my CNS internship with Thomas. It was such a great experience! Thomas is so knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. He helped me get my business set up and was always there to answer any clinical questions I had. I would highly recommend working with Thomas if you are looking for a CNS supervisor (or a nutritionist!)

I have been working with Dr. Prather for almost a year now and my stomach issues have almost been completely solved. Working with him, I went through a successful elimination diet, performed tests to confirm my food allergies, and built a diet that helps to keep my histamine levels low. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend working with him to anybody.

I have had an incredibly positive experience working with Thomas Prather. My journey started ten months ago with a diagnosis of chronic gastritis including significant weight loss and possibly SIBO. I went to several medical providers including a nutritionist recommended by my Primary Doctor who truly did not provide anything other than generic tips. I found Thomas through research and positive reviews. In my first meeting with Thomas, he took the time to listen and fully discuss all facets of my health (physical, nutritional, and mental health). We created a treatment plan including lab tests, nutritional supplements, and food introduction. I was also pleased that my medical insurance covered our sessions (though I was willing to pay out-of-pocket for his expertise). While my journey is still continuing, I am considerably better, in large part due to Thomas. He is incredibly knowledgable and willing to regularly address my ongoing concerns. I highly recommend Thomas for anyone who is looking for comprehensive help with gut issues, mind-gut connection issues, anxiety, and overall full-body health. He is amazing!

If you are looking for a nutritionist you found the best! He has helped me not only to lose weight but improve my life overall! He ordered very detailed blood work and went deep into the results and provided useful advice on how to improve my symptoms (fatigue, trouble losing weight, stress). I’ve lost 12 pounds, sleep better and feel less stressed.

Highly recommend Thomas. I was suffering from SIBO and extremely uncomfortable and overall miserable. I went through diet and supplements are discovered it was indeed SIBO, which I had never heard of before. I am very happy to report that I am feeling much better after months of gradual treatment. Thomas is a good listener and was able to pinpoint the problem. He also is rebuilding my gut to prevent it from Coming back. I highly recommend working with him.

Thomas explains things in a way that is easy to understand, and he makes you feel comfortable right away. He helped me learn what foods are good for me, my gut and my brain.
