My mother is helping me plan my wedding and spoke to Joann about getting a tent and talked about measurements. But, long story short, they wouldn't even give us the time of day. Booked an appointment and they immediately cancelled on us. Instead of coming out to the property to take measurements for the tent, they wanted a photo where they can make their own diagram. Well, the only photo we had of the outside property was an outdated photo from at least 15 years ago so a lot of the trees were taken down and there is a driveway that goes all the way into where the dock is. (Mind you, this is a homeowners house, not a venue) I repeated multiple times that the photo was old and that the driveway goes all the way in so that their men didn't have to do any walking at all. You can just drive right in and set up right where they can park. But Joann kept referencing the photo saying the men can't walk down 175 ft per "policy", regardless of the fact I told her they wouldn't have to do any walking at all AND they have serviced the property before back in 2018 and it was never an issue. But Joann stuck to her guns because then stated that policy has changed since then and they can't allow their men to walk that far. Even though I stated that they would not have to walk because they can drive all the way through!!!! I have worked customer service for a long time and JOANN IS NOT IT. This person clearly was not trying to help us from the get-go and I'm glad I'm not doing business with them because the attitude was unnecessary! Why even bother telling us that the date we had set was available, just to turn around and say the opposite???? Y'all just wasted everyone's time! And my wedding is in 6 WEEKS.

The staff was amazing! They were easy to work with and so polite and helpful. I needed to have an earlier set up because of the weather, and they accommodated with very short notice. The set up crew was very friendly as well. All around a very enjoyable experience working with this company! Beautiful rentals and great staff! Highly recommend!

Meghan & the staff were awesome!! Thank you so much for taking care of us for our daughter's wedding. You were sooooo helpful throughout the planning process and patient while we added &/or changed our mind on things. The guys that were setting up the tent were so friendly & helpful with decisions on the morning of the wedding. Love your professionalism & prices! Thanks for everything!

Great experience with this business, order was correct from start to finish, great interactions with all the staff. The man working the warehouse was really chill and loaded and unloaded everthing! Really friendly and chill people. Thanks for all your help with providing the equipment for my daughters 5th birthday party!

Meghan was always helpful in explaining things and returning calls. Morning of the wedding they were willing to run me out tent side walls as needed. Friendly crew as well. Highly recommend!
