Deeply disappointing experience. Promised timelines were not met, and communication was nearly nonexistent. Despite repeated calls and emails, my attempts to reach them have been consistently ignored, making the entire process frustrating and disheartening.

Terrible service. I bought a faulty laptop from their former company, Fix My Tech, which included a one-year warranty. When I finally managed to explain the situation over the phone, they hung up on me. All other calls and emails have been ignored. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing.

This was an absolutely amazing service. I had taken my broken I-Phone to 4 places who either tried to sell me a new phone (mine is only 18 months old), couldn't/wouldn't repair it, or gave me incorrect advice about the possible issue. When I took my phone to FixMyTek, they were able advise of the issues and talked me through what needed to be done, costs were reasonable and service was excellent.

The friendly & affordable team at FixMyTek created a working Google Pixel phone from two not working Google Pixel phones with a battery transplant & screen... My phone also has a new case & screen protector so along with being happy to save broken/ obsolete Tek from landfill it was a worthwhile experience on every level. Just visit the Bristol University Arts & Social Science Library on Tyndalls Avenue where reception will direct you to their desk.

I don’t usually write reviews , but I thought it would be important to share my experience , I would give 0 stars if I could . My laptop had a screen crack that needed fixing ,they assured me that they would be able to replacement the screen , the wrong part was ordered 3 times leaving me without a laptop for effectively two weeks in this process my screen was cracked even more and a cable was broken so the screen no longer worked. In the end they admitted that they couldn’t find the part and offered to fix the cable they had broken , I had paid £30 to take my laptop back for a day to use it , they tried to say that they would need keep this for an inspection fee , which I refused as I would effectively be paying for damage done to my laptop , I decided to take my laptop home and have everything replaced to quote the repair shop I went to “it was like a child had tried to repair it “. Please use my experience as a warning , go elsewhere . I came away with more damage than was I initially there .Even though they may charge less , the experience of a professional repair shop is undeniable , which I do not believe fix a crack are . Edit : The owner Casey was very helpful and contacted me to resolve the issue
