Deeply disappointing experience. Promised timelines were not met, and communication was nearly nonexistent. Despite repeated calls and emails, my attempts to reach them have been consistently ignored, making the entire process frustrating and disheartening.

Terrible service. I bought a faulty laptop from their former company, Fix My Tech, which included a one-year warranty. When I finally managed to explain the situation over the phone, they hung up on me. All other calls and emails have been ignored. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing.

Repair of my old Google pixel 4a was too expensive to make it worth it so I went for a reconditioned GPx6 from FixmyTek. It hadn't made it out to their shop front yet so they suggested pick up in front of the Uni buildings. Felt a bit odd, like dodgy dealings!, but the reconditioned phone all in excellent condition and followed up by an emailed receipt and warranty. Will definitely come back here for repairs and refurbished phones....esp. in a hurry! As this one saved my, Christmas, bacon! Thank you guys
