1st: Rheem didn’t send info on work order to be done. Parts had to be requested from Rheem again. Once arrived appointment was made with Air Boss again, and they returned and replaced the 2 sensors. Rheem had to be contacted because they did not put in work order which sensors needed replaced. Worker was very nice. Showed up on time and completed the work. The next day, I got an alert from my water tank again. 2nd: Contacted Rheem again and this time they ordered the parts and sent me the information for when tech shows up. I was able to pass that information to the two new techs that showed up. They showed up on time and completed the work. The next day, my hot water tank alerted me again. 3rd: I contacted Air Boss and Rheem again. A tech from Air Boss came over the next day, showed up an hour past the time scheduled. He ran some tests with Rheem on the phone. Two more parts had to be ordered again. 4th: Once the parts showed up, I contacted Air Boss again and had appointment for next morning. He showed up over an hour late then scheduled time. I had to contact the office and the checked to see on the delay, and the office contacted me to let me know. He changed the parts out. This time, no alert on any issues. It took multiple appointments, not Air Boss fault. But they were nice and completed the work each time. Only suggestion is if they are running late, it is helpful to be contacted. But they were very helpful. Even cleaned up any mess made.

Great customer service! My appt. was scheduled the same day they called me and the issue was resolved. The technician explained in detailed what was the issue and what he was going to do. Thank you for your prompt attention!

Got my unit about 3 months ago with airboss and their service was A+. I was initially undecided between unit styles and brands, and I was guided through different models, seers, and capacities. We did research together and we came up with the one that I felt was best for us after understanding the ratings more. They are very professional and cared about our comfort (financially and service wise) rather than trying to sell me the most expensive one to up the price. They even followed a couple of times after that day to make sure we understood how the system worked. Would definitely recommend and will be using their service in the future
