Air Care New Mexico did a quick, professional job on our heating and air conditioning units. They diagnosed the problem we were having within just a few minutes of arrival. Then they took the time to make repairs and thoroughly test the system. Not only did the job get completed right away, but they were super kind and worked around our classes full of kids running around. Finally, they explained everything to me. I highly recommend them.

I have used Air Care NM on two occasions and in both cases their response to my request for service was timely and completely satisfactory. Most recently my in-floor ETS Hydronic furnace developed an error code after an extended electrical power outage. The Air Care office staff were very responsive to my request for assistance and scheduled a technician visit to my home the next day. The Technician diagnosed the problem, which required a new circuit board that had to be ordered from an out of state manufacture. Once again, the office staff were quick to responded to my request for expedited shipment of the needed part and scheduling a technician visit to install the new part. Technician Scott Becker installed the new part and got the unit back on line in a professional manner. I can highly recommend Air Care NM for service to correct problem with ETS heating systems. Our 2 year old furnace stopped working a few days before Thanksgiving. Air Care NM came out same day on a Saturday morning and diagnosed that it needed a blower motor that wasn’t in stock in Albuquerque so had to overnight it. Scott came back when the part was in stock and had it installed no problem and was able to save our Thanksgiving as we had a lot of family coming over. Kayla and Scott are the owners. They are extremely professional and really care and worked really hard to make sure that we got our furnace back as soon as possible. Can’t recommend this HVAC company enough.
