Jeremiah was friendly and thorough when he came out for our winter service. All the work was documented with photos and I am grateful to know everything is working well. Having a yearly maintenance contract gives us great peace of mind. They reached out to schedule our service and they are always flexible with scheduling and give great reminders so we don’t forget. Thanks Air Experts!

They were on time in the morning and let us know when they were coming. Throughout the day they were professional and reasonable on the noise level considering they were replacing our HVAC system. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and also professional while in our home. Lastly they kept our home clean by laying down rugs to walk on while coming in and out of our house. Would recommend!

We've been using this company for HVAC service (new + maintenance) for 9 years now. Always great customer service and workmanship. Justin was informative on explaining all the options for new units. Kurt did an amazing job installing our new unit and helped with other questions with the new thermostat. We highly recommend Air Experts for HVAC work.

We recently had Air Experts provide a quote for a full HVAC system replacement, and our experience with them from start to finish was exceptional. Megan made scheduling simple and stress-free, and Craig, the comfort advisor who came to our home, truly stood out among the six contractors we met with. His approach was refreshingly genuine — he took the time to understand our situation and needs, clearly explained our options, and guided us in selecting the system that was the best fit for us. At no point did we feel pressured, which was a huge plus. After presenting the quote, Craig remained accessible and responsive to all our follow-up questions via phone and text. We found Air Experts’ pricing to be both transparent and competitive, but what really sealed the deal for us was the exceptional service and professionalism shown by both Craig and Megan. They made us feel confident and taken care of throughout the process. On installation day, Dominicio and Richard did a fantastic job — they were friendly, efficient, and thorough. The new system is a massive upgrade from our old one, and our home now feels like a completely new, more comfortable space. It’s clear to us that the people at Air Experts truly make the difference. We’re extremely happy with our decision and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service or replacement!
