Yellow Dot has been so easy to work with. When I call, I always speak to a person. If I want to schedule an appointment online, they make that easy, too. I recently had my HVAC heating maintenance annual check-up and Mike walked me through everything he was doing, what he saw, what to think about in the future. We were able to adjust the rate at which the air blew out of the vents, making it quieter and the air warmer. I really appreciated the care he took to make sure that the system was running efficiently and optimally, and to keep me informed of any changes.

Yellow Dot has been very helpful since we started working with them with our new build. We have had them out on multiple occasions and they are always professional and efficient. We had our bi-annual inspection today and Jacob Polka did a fantastic job; he called saying he could come early, fully explained everything and was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Yellow Dot

Mr. Adam Crawford did a great job with the original diagnosis, was thorough in his review with us, took lots of pictures and videos for further evaluation by the Yellow Dot staff. His diagnoses were confirmed upon the second visit by Mr. Taylor and Mr. Dunston. Mr. Taylor is an outstanding service technician. He was very thorough in his evaluation of our problem, explained everything in layman’s terms and cared for our safety. We are totally appreciative for both him and Mr. Dunston for their knowledge, care and concern. Mr. Dunston was thorough in explaining all of our options for a new furnace. Although for our safety, without heat for one night, we’re getting a new quality furnace in just one day instead waiting 3-4 months for a part under warranty with Lennox.

It was great working with Yellow Dot. We called and Daniel quickly arranged for someone to come out the same day. Our technician Kyle was amazing. We were having trouble with our upstairs being way too hot, and he immediately identified the issue and fixed it. He was kind, professional, and worked quickly. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The entire experience was smooth and stress free!

Kyle was a phenomenal tech! He communicated thoroughly every step of the way during the appointment. He was knowledgeable and kind. We had an issue with our heating system not working properly. He was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it within an hour. Kyle was Friendly and professional. We really appreciate his guidance and suggestions on our hvac system and thermostat. It very helpful and informative!
