Air Handlers Heating & Cooling is a great company! They replaced my HVAC system the summer of 2024, they were extremely professional and made me feel at all times that my satisfaction will always be their number one priority, and they stayed true to that by offering me a 2 year system service free due to an issue that occurred during installation that was "NOT" due to their work but caused by the unit manufacturer, they took care of the issue and as stated prior, they have been servicing my HVAC system regularly to ensure it is working properly. If you are looking to replace or do regular maintenance/repairs to your HVAC system I would strongly recommend Air Handlers, they stand by their WORK and their WORD, something that is hard to find these days!!!!
Nate was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue quickly without pushing unnecessary services. He was also respectful of my home and left everything clean. I highly recommend.
Air Handlers are the best. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. They take great care of our AC and heating system. They are always very prompt. Our tech today was Cody and he did a fantastic job. We have also had Daniel in the past. We would not deal with any other company. They know what they are doing!
When we moved, we kept our Red Ribbon plan with Air Handlers and just had our heating checked and filters replaced for the coming cold season. Cody was extremely professional and remedied a couple of things that likely would have caused us problems. We are very happy with the services they provide and their technicians. We just had our first service in our new home and Nate was terrific! Addendum: We decided to install a ductless minisplit AC/Heat Pump Unit in our finished room over the garage, as it gets hot in the Summer. Joshua arrived to give us an estimate that same day, and said it could be installed in a couple of weeks. Today they installed the unit and heat pump outside, and we are so happy with the quality of the work done by Marty and Javon. Working in temps up to 96 degrees outside, they worked almost non-stop, other than to retrieve some other parts needed to complete the work. Both were very professional, friendly and protected the floors in our home and cleaned up after themselves. The room over the garage now has high quality Mitsubishi 12K BTU, 33.1 SEER, mini-ductless that will keep the room cool in the heat of Summer and toasty in the Fall and Winter. In the second photo is where they ran the ducting through the top of the closet we had in the room, concealing the pipes for a very nice finished look, without impacting closet space. Great job Air Handlers! Cody did a terrific job inspecting and maintaining our AC and Heating System today. He's always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Sep 8, 2025
