Worst experience I have ever encountered at a trampoline park for children. I have a 2, 3 and 7 year old. When we checked in I clarified if I needed socks to go on the trampolines as I have a 2 & 3 year old that need assistance and was told it wouldn’t be an issue. It in fact, was an issue. The manager ended up giving me a pair of socks so I could help my kids as needed after an argument ensued of what we were told upon check in. We were then in the Toddler zone, just the 3 of us and my oldest was helping my younger two build a tower of the foam blocks and was told he needed to get out. There were multiple other occasions where we were singled out by one specific employee. One of the absolute worst experiences and most certainly will not be bringing my kids back.

We had a Birthday party there and it was worth it! They are great hosts! They checked on us often, made the Birthday boy feel special, and the manager was amazing! We had so much fun and the private room for the party was clean and spacious! We didn't get food from there but, I think next time we will! We always have fun at Air Insanity, however, the Birthday party was even better! Thank you so much!

The space is amazing! So many activities for people to move, climb, and bounce! I was very impressed with the attentive staff as they did a great job to keep everyone safe. There are various arcade games that cost additional money if you like that kind of thing. The laser maze game is an additional $2. One hour was enough time for my group of little people (ages 5, 8, 9, & 12) to burn off their energy on a rainy day.

First time at Air Insanity and was better than anticipated. Overall the place appears clean and staff was very friendly. Lots of trampolines as expected, but also several other cool stations including the Ninja Warrior area, toddler zone, dodgeball cage, rock climbing wall with foam pit, a couple trampoline basketball hoops, a larger foam pit with 2 trampolines with an elevated platform, etc. They also had arcade machines, but the only knock is several of them weren't working and took my money, but the staff explained another company owns them. That said, if they aren't going to be functional they should be removed. Had a great time and my family will be back!
