This is the second time I have used this company and I have also used them for my business location as well. Jon came out to help me with more of an urgent matter and we were up and running immediately. He actually helped me with another quick issue while he was there and I was incredibly grateful. As a business owner, customer service should always be at the forefront of your products and services and I would never highly recommend a company if I didn’t believe they possessed all of those assets. I will certainly continue to use and promote Air-Plus.
When our furnace went out, like anyone else, we wanted fast service—but also transparency and fair pricing. I had received several recommendations for Air-Plus, and we also use them at my workplace, so I gave them a call. They exceeded my expectations. While I can’t promise inexpensive service, I can say they were absolutely fair and did not try to take advantage of the situation. Their pricing was more than reasonable. They came out quickly and were willing to attempt repairs, but they were honest that the fixes would be costly and that investing in a new furnace might be the better long-term option. When the salesperson came out, he also noticed that our water heater was going bad (which it was) and included replacement of that in the quote as well. Financing was easy, and the installation was scheduled for the very next day. Dave, Connor, and Jon installed our new furnace and hot water heater. They were friendly, professional, and left the space cleaner than they found it. I would 100% call Air-Plus again for any HVAC needs.
Air Plus installed HVAC at my 82-yo mom's house a year-and-a-half ago. When her thermostat was set for 72 and the house temperature was 65, I called for service. The phone service was outstanding (Charity & someone else), and scheduled a same-day service call. Their technician Mike resolved the issue and proactively informed us how to keep the issue from recurring. I told Mike that I was grateful to have a company like Air Plus to help take care of Mom's house, and he said he was grateful to work for Air Plus. Amazing response, amazing service.
Air-Plus has to be one of the best HVAC companies in the Cincinnati area! They installed 2 new AC units along with ductwork in my 120 year old house in 2016. When my 50 year old boiler finally died last month, they responded so quickly and replaced it with a new high efficiency boiler. I love their fantastic customer service and their rates are always the most competitive. I recommend Rob and his team for any type of HVAC work!
Dave and Tristan did a fantastic job installing our new furnace! They arrived exactly on time and worked the whole day through. Their craftsmanship looked great, they explained all the features of the new unit very well and can tell they take pride in their work. Rob is great to work with! Gave us a really fair price after coming out personally to evaluate our old unit. We truly appreciate his commitment to outstanding customer service!
