From start to finish this company is totally amazing. First to our sales rep Angela who took the time to listen to our issues and with no pressure what us through the different system that they had available. We decided on one and the finance options were great!! Everything done so quickly that we installed the next day. The installation team was here bright and early at 8am and they got right to work! 3 1/2 hours later they had removed the old system (yes they hauled it away) and had the new system up and running. They showed me how to work the Ecobee thermostat (included) Just top notch from start to finish. Thank you Air Pro!!

Im happy and impressed with the AC/Furnace replacement Air Pro recommended by Angela. I chose the Heat pump system "no more gas hookup" for the furnace including the ducting. The installation team respect your home the pride they showed during installation was clean and professional. Im happy to have done business with Air Pro and the I help recieving securing great financing for the project. I recommend Air Pro for their honest approach and a Quote for HVAC replacement. Thanks! Contacted Air Pro when my ac went out this summer. The unit was over 20 years old so we decided to replace it in full. Ac and furnace. During the process we met with 4 different providers and Air Pro ultimately won our business. It started with a great consultation with Angela where she walked through the installation process and made several different recommendations for a new system. Including ducting. Our home is a split level so there is ducting in the attic as well as under the home. Air pro and one other firm were throughout enough to check both the attic and crawlspace. They also noted that my air returns were too small for the size of our home. Essentially our system was starved of fresh air. During the install process our returns were repaired and enlarged to make sure the system was getting enough air. Even reopening an older return that had for some reason been closed off. (Under the stairs no less) We were shown different combinations of ac and furnace units and went with a slim ac unit and gas burning furnace. The ac unit is rated over 35% more efficient than our old unit and we hope to see energy savings next summer when the heat returns. On instal day the crew showed up promptly at 8am with Romero leading the crew. He has over 25 years of installation experience and it showed with how the crew conducted themselves. When they first rang the doorbell I was introduced to each individual team member and shook all of their hands. Something that honestly stayed with me. There is only one chance to make a first impression and Romero and his team made a lasting one with me. Angela our consultant came by in the morning to do a walk through with the crew to make sure they understood the ins and outs of our home. Another small touch that was appreciated. They completed the entire install in one day ducts and all. We had our new ac up and running by 2pm! They walked us through how to use the new ecobee thermostat and were very friendly. Pricing wise air pro was very competitive. What I learned in my short time shopping a new system is that price alone should not be the final determining factor. Some companies only offer a 2 year warranty on labor for example. Air Pro offers 10. Small details like this should factor in to your decision. From consultation to install the Air Pros team was great. Most importantly at the end of the day they did exactly what they said they would do. Would recommend.

Air Pro did a phenomenal job on both of our systems! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the work was done right. Both systems are running perfectly, and the difference in comfort and efficiency is amazing. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service. We were in the market for a new AC and Heater since we purchased our home. Originally we were just going to repair our old system, but we found out that it was oversized for the house. We shopped around a few quotes with different companies and gave Air Pro a chance after going through their online quote process. Seemed too good to be true because not only was it the lowest, but it had the best financing offer and the easiest process. The next day Angela came to our home for an in-person inspection and was super nice and provided us with an honest quote that really worked with our needs and our budget, and it actually came below the online quote. Not only was the price right, the warranty offer was miles ahead of the nearest competitor. The techs, Paulo and Jerry, were very nice and courteous, they got the job done fast and we're very efficient. We're so happy with our system. I've been recommending them to anybody in my family and friends who've been looking for new AC. My wife and I are very happy with our decision to go with Air Pro.
