Sal was great! I first reached out to him over the phone and explained to him the issue I had. We set up an appointment, he came within the timeframe he provided. He immediately knew what the issue was and gave me 2 options, he was knowledgeable and not pushy. He completed the work promptly and was very professional throughout the process. I fully recommend him!

We recently moved into our new home and needed an electrician to tackle two jobs: replacing an old, heavy chandelier in our living room and installing a new ceiling fan. We hired Sal, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Sal was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He handled the tricky chandelier replacement flawlessly, and the fan installation was quick and clean. However, where Sal truly went above and beyond expectations was in his follow-up service. The originally installed fan developed some unexpected manufacturing issues a few days later (a clear defect not related to his work). When I called him about it, Sal didn't hesitate. He took the time to return to our home, and replaced the faulty fan with a newly purchased one, ensuring everything was perfect and working smoothly. I recently hired Sal & Son Electric for some home wiring repairs, and I couldn’t be happier! The Electrician was on time, super professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They fixed the issue quickly and made sure everything was safe and working perfectly. Sal came to our house in Spring Valley a little bit late but he was gave us new time estimates and stayed In contact, which I appreciated. He assessed our situation and he helped undo some of the mistakes I had made as a DIY… I had already installed an LED panel in our garage, but I made some mistakes so he undid those and then installed a new electrical box for a second LED panel to match the first one… There were some issues that he had to overcome based on my miswring, but he never looked down at me and actually encouraged the fact that I even attempted to do it myself. He was courteous and clean. He was attentive and he gave us a good price so I would recommend him highly and I would use him again. Additionally, he’s bilingual and that helped my wife to understand some of his explanations … We even asked him for a future Estimate on other electrical issues that we have in the house.

Sal & Sons Electric Inc. has consistently provided excellent work and even better service. They installed a new plug for our dryer unit, specifically the newer NEMA 14-30P, just as the unit was delivered. When the delivery men brought the wrong plug-in wire and did not have the right one, our technician immediately offered to go to Home Depot to get the correct cable and wire it up for us without hesitation. We were so impressed with their service that when we got an electric car, we sent a text on a Friday and had an at-home EV charger installed by Monday. Once again, the technician who came out was very friendly, answered all our questions, and even provided additional helpful information. I highly recommend Sal & Sons Electric Inc. and wish I could give them a sixth star for always going above and beyond the services we request.
