Very prompt on getting back to me. Had the appointment for the following morning. Driver called when he arrived at my house. Because of truck size issues, was able to reduce the price to a reasonable rate. Picked up the items, we took care of the payment, and off he went! I have used Junk King a number of times over the past, and have been completely satisfied with the service.

Best price in town to remove my old couch. They try to recycle or repurpose items which I appreciate. Communication was excellent through texts. That was the easiest, quickest, and most smooth junk pickup. I appreciate the efficiency and the fact that I didn’t have to carry any items. I just pointed to where it was, which were in different parts of my house, and they took care of the rest. They were in and out within 15 minutes. Will be using again in the future.

This is a very well run company. They were great on the initial phone call, they gave me a reasonable time frame, they kept me informed as to their progress, they notified me that they were 20 minutes away, they showed up 20 minutes later, they gave me a quote with a bit of a discount and they took everything I had set out. This is our second time using them and they were great both times.
