outdoor ac capacitor went out. they were here to fix within 5 hrs of report. very professional and knowledgeable tech. I got the service plan for bi-annual tune-up. great price on that too.

I've been using Air Texas for 8 or so years and they never dissapoint. I noticed an issue on Sunday and booked the earliest available time they could come (Thursday), but I came home Monday after work to my AC entirely not working. Fortunately, they had a cancellation and came 2 days sooner (Tuesday). Roger & Mark were my technicians and they identified the issue and repaired my exterior AC unit the same day. They were polite, professional and did a great job at explaining everything. Same as all my prior experiences with them and is why they're my go to for my AC maintainence and repairs.

From the moment Quentin showed up at our home, he introduced and conducted himself very professionally and he detailed everything he would be taking care of - as well as answering all of our questions.
