Owner is extremely unprofessional and does not put customers first. I would highly recommend choosing another small business to do rentals with. Even after the poor service, the owner gave the group attitude after his OWN employee brought the issues to his attention about the issues the trailer was having. The owner still had the audacity to post how “perfect” the event was without any permission.

Have used this company for years and always a great experience. This year their truck driver ran into a shared basketball goal and knocked it over. Bent the pole and backboard was extremely wobbly after it was hit. Manager refused to do anything to fix it because he stated “It’s a cheap goal that always wobble.” Even though the wobble didn’t exist before his truck hit it. He then proceeded to question my integrity saying that we were “opportunists” who were looking for a free basketball hoop. It’s one thing to not do the right thing, but it’s another to question my integrity and say we are trying to get something for free when we wouldn’t be having this conversation had his truck not hit it. One of the most unprofessional encounters I’ve ever had. Will not be using this company again
