2nd large party we have had here. The staff are amazing - especially the manager of the Liverpool site!! So helpful. Kids love it here.

Came today and the staff were so lovely and attentive, always very smiley and welcoming. Ordered a pizza from the cafe and the pizza was actually the best pizza I've eaten since it was super cheesy! Definitely recommend this place to everyone

Had my son's 7th birthday in here today. Staff were so helpful, nothing was ever too much for them, they helped me even before the party started bringing my balloons/heavy bags in. They were so so so helpful, probably the most helpful staff I've come across in the last 7 years since having parties for my son. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Thank you so much!! X

We booked a mega party for my sons 8th birthday 🎂 it was really worth the money. kids absolutely loved being able to have an hour play, food and back to play after the food, as most parents know parties normally finish after food ( to the disappointment of most kids) but with the mega party the kids were so excited to go back to play. The food just keeps coming, slushes and sweets cones, no one could complain about the amount of stuff you get! Extremely happy kids.staff were lovely, very accommodating.

I attended a party at air unlimited Liverpool in October 2024 and I honestly can’t rate them highly enough. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Great communication from the beginning. When we arrived we were so pleasantly surprised at the efforts gone to. There were 25 of us so we had the double party room. It was set up beautifully with a space for each guests with branded water bottles, sock and sweet cups. There were balloons too. The staff manners were all so attentive and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us. One of our party lost her bank card, it was handed in before and our host had it back to her before she even knew she’s lost it. He’d remembered her name from check in. The kids had an absolute ball on all of the slides, trampolines and bounce activities. We had children with us ranging in ages from one to teens and there was something to suit all ages. All of the stations were manned really professionally as well. I’m sometimes a worrier but I felt so safe letting my children go off and explore. It was lovely to watch them from the upstairs cafe too. We were given a selection of pizzas, chicken nuggets, chips and donuts/cakes. We had so much that we even took two pizza boxes home. It was my first time here and I will definitely be back. Absolutely brilliant.
