We went there on 1/17/26 after going to surge in Winston. They would not let anyone in because all over the surge system we t down. We ended up going to airbound and it was so fun. There prices are not that expensive and the after dark on Saturday 6 - 10 is definitely the way to go. It is only 24.99 per person for after dark which is not that bad when you may have a big group.

Great customer service. Clean and friendly staff. This was our second birthday party we’ve booked and it was just as good as the last. The staff calls the week of the party to verify pizza orders and make sure your party is set up to your likeness.

I've had one incident since coming here but was more than quickly rectifi. I'm giving 5 stars because the people that work here and specifically Steven, have always made a positive impact and show they care about your experience. He personally held onto an item that belonged to my son and got it back to me and he's always doing something to enhance our experience here. From cleaning to doing rounds to make sure everything is as it should be I highly recommend airbound and the staff deserves praise.

We hosted our child’s birthday here and everything exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a birthday party place in Winston-Salem, I can’t recommend Airbound enough!! The staff was incredible—our party attendant kept checking in to help, and the owner was so accommodating. We were even able to come early to decorate, and the room was already set up with tablecloths, balloons, plates, and cups, which was a huge bonus. The package included free jump passes for every guest to come back again (such great value!), and since we booked during Tot Time on a school day, we had the whole place to ourselves. Another parent even asked if I rented out the whole place! The kids had a blast, and all the parents commented on how nice it was to be able to let the kids run around and jump without having to worry. For families searching for an easy, affordable, and fun kids birthday party in Winston-Salem, this is easily one of the best venues in town- ESPECIALLY with toddlers/young children. Room was large and had plenty of space for everyone and additional spot for food/drinks, facility was clean, and from planning all the way through the end of the party, every staff member we interacted with was wonderful!

We came here on a Thursday during winter break. It was nice that they had a designated time for 6 and under from 9am-11am. My son had lots of fun exploring the entire place. I believe the price was worth it and my son would have stayed longer if I had let him. I am glad you can bring in your drinks and snacks. I did notice some lights were out making some spots a little darker than others. I wish the cubbies were a little bigger so they could fit diaper bags better. Also the larger blow up at the front of the store probably needs to be replaced all together as there is tape trying to keep some parts of it still together. Overall, I would come back again.
