My overall service experience from AirCo was excellent. They were able to get someone out to look at my HVAC issue pretty quickly. My service technician was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated very well about my issue and the steps he would take.

AirCo and Josh Durand really make my life easier. I am a member of their club so I get maintenance every six months. They are punctual and very knowledgeable about my system. Today they upgraded my fan in the air conditioning unit and did maintenance. In by 815 out by 10 so I have the rest of my day. I recommend them highly.

My wife and I are very disappointed with the service and customer support we’ve received. The phone customer service is terrible. When calling to set up an appointment, the only helpful representatives are Gina and i believe her Tyler. They are excellent and honestly should be the only two people taking calls. For service visits. Jeffery is the only technician who has provided reliable service. Earlier this spring.We had our ducts cleaned and an air purifier installed. Now that the weather has changed, we turned on our heat and discovered it wasn’t working. We were freezing for two days. Thankfully, they sent Jeffery back out, and he found the issue there was a wire that had not been reconnected. On top of that. The previous crew left their trash and empty water bottles in our home that we didn't notice until we went to try to find out why the heat was not coming on. We try but we couldn't figure it out. Because of all this, we will be looking for a company that actually values and appreciates its customers. P.S. LIZ and CARLY ! If you call. And one of them answers. They are both very rude. Bad customer service !! You should expect to be disrespected. I'm Not sure how they are still employed. As im reading the comments. I see others are saying the same about those two. Maybe family ? But that should tell you that they don't care about the customers. It looks like they just take you money and treat you like trash! Maybe u should apply to work here. I because i would Get to over charge customers,be disrespectful to customers, go to customers homes, jack up the price, do the a half as job. Then.... wait for the customer to call back the next day to notify us that nothing is working. Then.... charge another service call fee to go back out to fix it the correct way the second time. Airco did a great job and I was happy with every phase from scheduling to diagnosis thru repair. They communicate very well and keep you up to date on everything . The value they provide made me change the companies I deal with when it comes to HVAC and plumbing. Great service company that has friendly employees across their company. Give this company a shot and you won’t regret!

Just had my HVAC system replaced, and everything was flawless from the beginning to the end. Ariel Teal was awesome helping navigate the financing process and scheduling. She always kept me up to date on the process. Benito and Ernesto arrived on time, explained how everything was going to take place including timing of completion. They were efficient, professional, and cleaned up during and after the process, kept me informed and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend AirCo to my Family and Friends based on my experience. The City Inspector even gave AirCo accolades on the workmanship Benito and Ernesto provided!! Thank you for going above and beyond and proving customer service is what AirCo strives for.
