Set appointment initially for Wednesday morning from 6am-11am. By 11:30, I called to find out where the technician was and was informed that it would be late afternoon before they arrived. I never received an update and time is money. I expected more professionalism from Texas Choice. Thankfully I cancelled the appointment. Had another company come out right away and right on time. I rarely leave negative reviews. Gave 2 stars for the polite receptionist that was obviously had to apologize on their behalf.

Right Choice installed a new heat pump and additional duct work in my home. They did an excellent job Their work was high quality and professional. The staff and installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured the installation went smoothly. I will definitely use them again.

The tech (Randy) was very friendly and courteous. His experience was obvious because he took time to check and test components before replacing them. We had cooler air in our home in only 2 hours!

This my second maintenance check up with Ryan Alexander from Right Choice. I assure you it won't be my last one. This young man is thorough, professional and pleasant to work with. I won't forget to mention Right Choice offered a great price of $49.00 for the maintenance check.
