Just back from AIRE Ancient Baths and honestly, it’s a premium price for a truly premium experience. At £445 for two (massage + spa), it’s definitely an occasional treat, but they really do think of everything. The service is impeccable. You’re greeted personally at every section and guided through the pools so you’re never lost. They even give you hourly time updates and come find you when it’s time for your massage. Speaking of "thinking of everything"—they say you only need a swimsuit, and they mean it. Beyond the usual robes and slippers, the changing rooms have moisturizer, hair products, brushes, deodorant, and spray. You could genuinely show up with nothing but your kit and be totally fine. The spa itself is stunning and set underground. There are about 6 pools, ranging from a chilly 14°C to a 40°C soak and a salt flotation pool. I finally braved the cold plunge pool in the steam room for 5 minutes! Pro tip: if you stay still, it’s actually quite relaxing. The massage was the cherry on top—all the knots in my neck and calves are gone. If you're looking for a high-end escape in London, this is it.

An absolutely amazing spa experience! I left feeling more relaxed than I have in ages. The stunning interior, high ceilings, and calm background music all create a fully immersive ancient bathhouse atmosphere. The package included access to various baths and sauna, plus a glass of cava, an eye mask, and a scrub. My favourites were the salt float bath, as well as the steam room with cold plunge. I felt completely pampered and relaxed. Service was excellent and everything was thoughtfully provided. I only had to bring my swimsuit - towels, footwear, toiletries, hair dryer and even a spin dryer for wet swimwear were all included. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in London.

I went on a Wednesday from 4:30-8 pm. I had the wedding special treatment and loved it !!!! The staff were extremely friendly (ALL OF THEM!), the space was beautiful and well decorated and the massage by Anna was extremely relaxing. I recommend AIRE for a gift or special occasion. Very well located in london. Luxurious, intimate and cosy vibe all at once !!!

By far the best spa experience I’ve ever had. My second visit was as extraordinary as the first. I walked out renewed, grounded, and genuinely transformed. Greg, Amal, Jakub, and Treasure took care of me, and their warmth and authenticity elevate the experience beyond great service. Their genuine care creates a space that, to me, felt more like a human sanctuary, a sacred retreat for body and soul and the ancient energies seem to add to the magic. Inside, I found profound peace, as it’s kept intentional quiet, no phones allowed, with subtle scents, mellow music, water sounds, soft candlelight, it is clean, beautifully designed, thoughtfully lit, with the well organised and grounded presence of the staff, that are attentive when you need them and invisible when you want solitude. I felt safe, seen, and gently held, yet free to just be. My massage with Treasure was a true highlight—her intuitive, compassionate presence and expert touch left me deeply relaxed in a way that felt both healing and uplifting. Just Unforgettable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. P.S. Both visits were fully paid—this isn’t an ad. I went once with a friend and once alone; both were wonderful, but going solo made the whole experience even more intentional, profound, and meditative.

We had an incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience at this spa. The couples massage was great. Mine was amazing, but my wife felt her masseuse was less experienced, and her massage was not quite as incredible. The baths were absolutely stunning, and I especially loved the salt bath; it was so relaxing. The locker rooms were super nice and stocked with really good care products, which was a nice touch. Overall it was such a unique and peaceful experience, and I would definitely love to come back someday
