Dave C came and gave us a second opinion on our furnance. He was professional and kind. Thank you for saving us from Reliance. Pat and Owen were amazing. They replaced our entire furnace including plumbing in 2 hours. Service was excellent and clean up was great. Thanks for helping us out in this frigid weather.

The service at Aire one was great, Hassan my technician came within 2 hours of calling on a Saturday morning. I had an issue with my furnace in a home i just moved into a week prior, he came in explained and answered a lot of my questions, checked gas valve, pressures, amperage’s and took his time explaining what each part did and what amperage it should be within. He managed to find a couple things that were possibly causing an intermittent heating issue and as of that evening I noticed a difference. Pricing was very fair I will be calling them to fire up my A/C come the spring time! Thanks again Hassan :).

I cannot say enough good things about Aire One Heating and Cooling. We bought a home with a 20 year old furnace that completely died on us and left us without heat. We also have a 14 month old baby, so the situation was stressful to say the least. Aire One sent someone out immediately to make sure we had heat for the night, which alone meant the world to us. The next day we worked with Hewa, who was incredibly empathetic, patient, and honest. He took the time to explain every option to us, including options that did not benefit their business at all. His priority was what was best for our family and our budget, and that was very clear from the start. They then fought to make sure we were prioritized and had a brand new furnace installed first thing the next morning. The installation team, Jordan and Davor, were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond in every way. They were respectful, fast, incredibly clean, and took great care in our home. They troubleshooted issues they did not even need to, redid piping and venting, removed the entire old system, and explained everything clearly so we felt confident and informed. They got us heat that night and returned the following day to install our heat pump and humidifier. They swept, cleaned, and left absolutely nothing behind. The attached photos speak for themselves. This is hands down the best company we have ever worked with. If you are in Southern Ontario, hire these guys. They truly have your back.

When our furnace unexpectedly broke down, we were understandably stressed, but the entire team turned what could have been a difficult situation into an incredibly positive experience. Manjot Singh, service technician, came to our home right away, quickly assessed the issue, and clearly explained what was going on with our furnace. Manjot was very knowledgeable and helpful. Next, the sales representative, Adam Szuba, guided us through all of the furnace options available. He took the time to explain each model, answer all our questions, and help us choose the system that best fit our home and budget. His knowledge was truly appreciated. Finally, the installation team, led by Tariq Ahmad and who also included Wahid and Fred, delivered exceptional work. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. They were punctual, efficient, respectful of our home, and meticulous with their setup. The new furnace was installed flawlessly, and they walked us through everything we needed to know before leaving. Overall, we are grateful for the service we received at every stage. We highly recommend Air One.

We had Pat and Dan come to install a new furnace and air conditioner. They were very thorough in their job inside and outside the house. They took a lot of precautions to ensure the indoor area was prepped for their work and did a great job cleaning up after. They noticed an issue with our water heater exhaust installed by kirtchener utilities and corrected it as well. They walked me through the setup, including the humidifier and ensured I had all the information I needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Aire One for your hvac services.
