Technician was great. Service is terrible when it comes to scheduling. Two days in a row waited around all day and missed work just so they could show up 5 hours late both days and still not have the job done

AC went out last night. Same day call. There by 9 actually a bit early 855am. But I am not complaining. Need a capacitor and the service fee went toward the repair. He cleaned the unit, and fixed it. Mad sure the drains were good in the attic and he was out of there. Thanks Air Max and Arturo!

Excellent customer service, honest and fair pricing, prompt and efficient service, and knowledgeable technicians. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this company. The installation team arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They worked very hard and were very polite to me and my children. They were very patient with me and answered any questions that I had.
