We booked the laser tag for a birthday party, with a private room afterwards, and would highly recommend it. The kids (and a couple of parents) all seemed to love the laser tag. The food was as expected, and the kids were all happy with it. The guys running the laser tag were helpful. My only gripe was how the two people on the front desk spoke to us on the two occasions we had questions for them. I understand they were busy but they should at least pretend to care about their customers :) . Again, I would definitely recommend the place.

I celebrated my son's birthday on Saturday 17/01/2026, everything was amazing about the children having fun, but I found it a little disorganised in relation to staff assistance, since I made a book for 17 children, the children wanted water because of the inflatables and none of the members assisted me, and I went to the reception to ask, I had to buy the water separately. And regarding food, I found it insufficient due to the number of children. Regarding the booking, I went directly to the building to do it with a member of yours and the employee was very nice, she told me that i didn't need to pay for the two 1-year-old babies who were going because obviously they couldn't participate in the inflatables but that because they were part of the party book I could take them to the soft play without any value, when I took the babies I explained the situation but I was still charged the value of the soft play.

Booked an inflatable party for my daughter's 7th birthday, booked via website though you can call in and book in person. Price was reasonable but if you have a blue light card you get extra discount. I booked for 14 kids. To be there half hour early to watch their safety video, their jump time was for one hour, then half an hour in the party room for food and cake. Party room was well laid out with paper plates, cup, napkins and utensils. Food was pizza, chicken gougons and chips, wouldn't say it's fantastic but the kids all enjoyed it, ketchup and mayo in the room too. Only had to bring our own cake and party bags. May seem expensive the more kids you invite but overall, you've very little to do. Will be booking later in the year for my son's birthday too, would recommend and the staff are readily available if you need anything.

Booked sons 6th birthday party at Airtastic Newtownabbey. 2nd January. Amazing service from start to finish. All the kids had a great time at Lasertag. Food and general service was fantastic. For us parents it was the least stressful party I have had yet (I have 3 children).

Had my daughters 10th birthday in the inflatable-park in Belfast couldn't recommend enough they had an absolute ball, service was great and was lovely to have a designated area to watch, unlimited drinks was a plus and the amount of food was amazing was also very tasty pizza chicken dippers and chips was a hit. Portion size was plentiful and the staff kept checking in on us which I thought was brilliant compared to other places your put in a room and forgot about. Great value for money will definitely be back. Great customer service all round brilliant experience
