Went into the store to get a Hirono figure for my kid, I asked the worker if the particular item has a hook to put it on a bag. They stated yes it’s in the box. Come to realize I open the box and no hook/chip is in the box went back the next day and was told they can’t exchange it because it was opened. The only reason it was opened was because the worker told me it was in the box, so because I listen to the worker I got stuck with an item that I didn’t want and was lied to about. NEVER again would I spend my money in this store!
