Alabama Climate Control did a wonderful job. Rocky was very thorough in determining cause and effect. He kept me informed during the entire process. Needed part was ordered/delivered and installed on the date promised. Rocky determined that a recently installed thermostat (by another company) was incorrectly programmed and corrected accordingly. Rocky didn’t leave until the entire system was determined to be operating correctly. I am very pleased that I chose Alabama Climate Control.

I can not express enough how happy I am with the service I received yesterday. I spoke with Tina to schedule and she was so friendly and understanding of my schedule, and seemed happy to accommodate me. Brandon was my tech and he was incredibly honest, ON TIME, efficient and professional. He did not try to oversell me things I did not need, he reassured me on a few things with my unit... but more importantly- he did not treat me as if I was an idiot. Their prices are fair, upfront and I was detailed on them when I made the appointment and before Brandon did any work. They will certainly be my only call for service in the future!

Highly recommend Alabama Climate Control, Inc. The Technician - Rocky was able to diagnose and replace the broken parts within less than 20 hours. Just one night in the Alabama heat without A/C. The Technician was super friendly, explained, and let me watch the process of his work. Work & service were excellent, and he cares! Thanks.

I have been a customer of Alabama Climate Control for almost 30 years. Their techs, especially Don, are extremely knowledgeable. The office staff (Nora) are all kind and easy to work with. I continue to trust their experience because they offer excellent service at reasonable prices, and actually care!
