These people are a scam a rip off bad service bad customer service everything is outrageously priced I was going to purchase a makeup vanity for $600 I put $100 down I looked online and seeing the same exact vanity for $200 so of course naturally I'm going to come back and request my money back and the young man supposedly called the manager I was telling them that I want my money back and then he tells me that she's going to come the next day Saturday or Sunday and he was going to take a picture of the receipt to explain of the invoice so she can see what it was that I was going to purchase and make the decision but then he never took a picture of the invoice so he just lied to my face never will I go there ever and I don't refer anybody to go there they're overpriced and they're ripoff and their scammers
I bought my queen bed here and it already broke. My bed was too expensive for it to have broke already. The wood is extremely cheaply made. If I could get a partial refund it would make the service better but at this point customer service is bad.
Ordered and put deposit for a box spring on 11-12-2018 for same day delivery while I didn’t receive the item on that day and the following day. Called several times, got no answers. After 0600 pm, I referred to the shop again and got my money back.
Great quality, real leather. Awesome team, I was there for almost 2 hours deciding what sofas to get. Won't lie, they got to my house a little later than I expected, but it was worth it. Although they did charge me to put everything inside the house, I kind of understand, it did gave them a great deal of work since my door is slightly too small for the sofas I wanted. I'm happy with my living room set and the mirror. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED! will be going next for my baby's bed and my bedroom set. 😀THANK YOU!!!
