We are longtime clients of The Geeks, the only trustworthy computer techs in Anchorage. For over 15 years, our construction business has been dependent on computer and electronic communications throughout our statewide operations, and ACG has been the link that physically and electronically held it all together. If they cannot find a solution directly, they keep working at finding other ways of implementing a solution or solving a problem, usually solved in good time. If someone is busy with projects, we are helped by another available qualified tech, always ensuring active service. The boss Bob is professional and speaks clearly about computers and business and is all around a good honest person, as is his team of techs from Josh and Chad to Levi and others who have saved us along the way through the years. The monthly service fee is fair, the service is good to great, and The Geeks have solved many a problem of ours. As we close out our business of 30+ years, we cannot thank and commend Alaska Computer Geeks enough. We recommend them to anyone in Alaska who needs help with their computer and workplace networking. I accidentally spilled some coffee on my 10 years old laptop. Maybe it's a sign to get a new one but I don't always upload my stuff to the cloud. This is where Alaska Computer Geeks came in and saved the day. They were able to transfer all of my old data from my old one to the new laptop. What they charged is reasonable and I would highly recommend this folks for their expertise and professionalism. You guys rock. Now, I can watch my Top Gears season 2 on my new laptop.🤣😊🤗

Fantastic experience. I was a little embarrassed about not being able to fix my own computer, but they were very kind, patient, and understanding. I dropped it off in the morning, and they had it ready to go for me by closing time the same day. If I run into trouble I can't fix again, these guys will definitely be my first choice! 10/10!

Very happy with this company. I have had them help me with little lap top problems for several years. Their prices are very reasonable, they are easy to talk to, and they are honest - if the problem isn't fixable they say so ( I had a mini lap top die). They are our go to place. Most recently ( 10-5-20) Bob fixed a couple software problems for me quickly and got my lap top working very smooth again.
