OK automatic car wash. Hard to get credit card reader to work sometimes, have to get out of car or get attendant to help. Crowded and jumbled car lines at times. Best to come early or late.
Been going there sence it was built. Yes great employees working there, professional, respectful and positive. Always find a solution to your questions. Now I need to figure out how to sign in on there new app.
The underbody wash wasn’t functioning on the bay we chose, and we only figured that out after the fact. One of the employees at this location swiped us through again at a different bay. 10/10 customer service that’s hard to find these days, and I now have a favorite car wash location, a sentence I never thought I’d utter.
This is nice car wash with free vacuum. I would not expect too much from a free of charge vacuum. It does the job. The car wash is very clean and strong somewhat but it only uses water pressure with no brush or cloth touching the car so expect some stain left if the car is with some long due mud or sth on it. Basically you get what you pay for. I personally prefer the cloth from Tommy's car wash.
