I was washing my truck at their lake Otis location when the machine malfunctioned, ran into the right side of my car the broke somthing that made it swing the wash wand back and the slammed into the fender like a baseball bat. The attendant had me fill out an incident report while he took pics of my truck and the damage. He told me they would be in touch. That was a lie. It’s been a month, no contact. I have tried calling but just get answering machine and never get a callback. I went to the location yesterday to try to talk to the attendant. No one was there. I saw a jeep get stuck on the roll up door and ended up bending the door to get out. Door was stuck wide open so I thought I would wait to see when someone showed up. Witnessed another truck get hit just above the windshield by the roll up door in another stall. Another customer figured out how to get the door off the guys roof. I waited two hours no one ever showed up to deal with the door that was stuck open. I cancelled my EverWash subscription this morning. I don’t trust that business.

Alaska Laser Wash on Lake Otis is not up to par these days. My wife just spent $12 for the terrible results shown in the pictures provided (pics of her car after wash are the first two). I had the same experience a few months ago (see third and fourth pics) and forgot to warn her. Don’t be swayed by the “proud veteran-owned and operated” line touted in their ads. Not all veterans are saints - Alaska Laser Wash is proof of that. *NOTE: Owner has responded below and suggested I have Alaska Laser Wash confused with another entity. I have doubled-checked and can confirm I am not confused. Alaska Laser Wash on Lake Otis (5500 Lake Otis Pkwy, Anchorage, AK 99507) is correct. We've visited twice in a roughly four-month span and the pictures here speak for themselves. Also, I am not "slamming veterans." I am, however, slamming those who advertise a "proud veteran-owned and operated" business and then cast a poor light on other veterans by providing substandard services.

I love this car wash! Their locations are very convenient, and the EverWash deal is fantastic. My only complaint is that my car doesn’t always come out completely clean, and there seems to be a film left behind at times. However, I really appreciate that I can vacuum my car out afterward, and the Lake Otis location has the best vacuum system by far…

We have been bringing our cars here for years...... before the everwash app, before and through the wash pass window sticker. Lake Otis, Muldoon and Old Seward locations had done a decent job. Update: We had an issue with one of the bays(bay #2 from the left) at the Muldoon location. I notified the staff immediately. They were good about making sure we are taken care of. I had to go from 4 stars to 5. Vicky has provided exceptional customer service🙂

Completely and utterly grateful for the level of service I received today. I called this location in advance to ask about a brush and soapy bucket for my pre-wash. The attendant was so accommodating, courteous, and conscientious with his aid advice and 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service. With the amount of snow we've been getting , the miles from holiday driving on the unplowed roads and highways my baby was caked in frozen over glacial silt and road grime slush. He sprayed the truck for me with hot water and listened to me ramble about my latest adventure on the Glenn as I scrubbed her down. Thank you so much for that extra touch!
