Best experience I’ve had with movers in my military career. No wonder they are 5 stars average on Google. They handle everything with care and packed/cushioned everything! Never had this much ease of mind with my stuff. The workers themselves were great people too! Down to earth people doing amazing work! I wish every move was these guys doing it. If you see Alaska Terminals as your assigned mover, you know you’re in the best hands!

I moved my stuff from Alaska to Pennsylvania. It was to take 4 or 5 weeks, but I actually needed a bit longer, so I was glad they will store your things for a short time at no extra charge. Calista Ross was the person helping me. She did the estimates and was very up front about prices and how it all works. Even after I got to PA, she kept in touch to find out when I wanted it delivered. The 2 guys that packed my things were fast and efficient. It only took about 3 hours to pack up 30 boxes of stuff, a queen mattress, and a few small shelves. The crate came to my new place on an Ace moving truck, and it was still nailed shut. The boxes were all in good condition, just like when they left AK.

On extremely short notice, Alaska Terminals packed and moved some of our mom's possessions from Alaska to my Chicago area home and the rest of our mom's possessions to Idaho for my sister after our mom passed away and my sister and I had to clear out her apartment. I have moved many times (25 to include overseas moves) during my life and I have never seen items packed so carefully and thoroughly. Every piece of china and every fragile collectible arrived completely intact. Everyone that we worked with was very professional and very thorough. Nicole followed our shipments from the time she first provided a quote to us to the day they were delivered to our houses.

Working with Alaska Terminals on our Alaska leg our cross-country move was great! They called as soon as our belongings arrived in the port to schedule delivery. They arrived on delivery day on-time. The two men we're professional & took great care of our items during unloading. Once we got everything unpacked, they even came back to pick up our moving boxes for recycling! I'd definitely use them again for any move I might have!
