Was my first time coming here, waited a few weeks for my appointment. I am a contract worker and filed my write offs but because there is a lot I didn't add it all up, although I can give an estimate. So after waiting the few weeks was told I have to do all of it myself, so basically why am I going to an accountant and paying for the services if I have to do it myself. Every single place I have gone to in the past has done it for me and I have paid them for that job and service. Now I have to find and wait for another appt during tax season somewhere else.

Very unprofessional service. They kept losing my documents and I had to bring them back a couple of times so they took more than a month to have my taxes ready. I’ve seen them received missing documents and quickly add them to the file and finishing other people’s statements in minutes so I don’t understand why they took so long. I called and they still didn’t have it ready because they didn’t have enough information so I gave it to them again, but if I didn’t call they would never had told me they didn’t proceed because of missing information. Later I called to confirm if it was ready (I lost the call because of school), the lady was very rude because I was calling instead of hearing the message they sent, and said there was 7 of them there working so she didn’t know about my taxes. It didn’t take her more than 10 seconds to actually check and almost yell at me saying my taxes were ready. Not trying to be rude but the ladies are always missing documents or having a nasty behaviour to the clients on the phone. All of this besides some of the tax statements do not make sense. Me and my family are going elsewhere next year.

Filed our taxes for the first time here this year. Started with Josh who is a lovely lad and great to deal with. Needed a 2nd appointment to bring some more information and seen Kevin. Kevin was marvellous very easy to deal with and got our taxes done. Thanks for making it easy guys.

In Feb 2023 I inquired about filling my taxes. I received an email and filled out the form I was sent and emailed it back within a week saying please contact me if anything else is needed. I waited one month until March and didn't hear anything back, I tried to call the office but got no answer. I then sent another email saying I was not interested in the services. They did not respond to that, either. I filed with H&R block. Months later I got an email from the CRA in November 2024 that this company had added themselves to my list of authorized representatives with the CRA. I called the office and the woman who picked up said my file with them mentioned I had filed someplace else last year. I asked her to have this company remove themselves from my list of representatives and she said someone would do that. I just finished removing them from accessing my CRA info as representatives today, 3 weeks after my request. I had to do it myself. I would not recommend this place. I don't understand why on earth they would add themselves to my list of representatives months after I said I wasn't interested after they practically ghosted me.
