Rented bikes, which was AMAZING!! Service is top notch. I was a little trepidatious, as it was my first time riding an ebike. It was fantastic!! The battery lasted for a LONG day: ride to the ferry building, down the Embarcadero, across the bridge and up to the vistas in Marin, into sausalito, (pro tip: pack a lunch. The restaurants were packed on a holiday weekend), then back across the bridge to Baker Beach, through Golden Gate park, and back to Post street through the city. We were having such a great day, I texted to extend our time past 5, and they were so accommodating!! A perfect day in SF, excellent service, and best prices in town.
I went for the Alcatraz tour and bay cruise combo. Good value for money and really easy to do. If you just message them on WhatsApp they send you your tickets in good time, you can also pretty much board the boat at any of the advertised times so really flexible, would definitely recommend!
We had a great experience with Alcatraz tour! Initially I bought bike and Alcatraz tour package, but regretted later. We went to 571 Post St to get our tickets and Moustafa- the nicest person - was very helpful and agreed to exchange our tickets for Alcatraz+cruise tour free of charge, although this package was more expensive. Moustafa was so nice that he even sang a song and danced for my husband’s Birthday and gave him a present- a new package of chewing gums that he bought for his kids! His boss Al was also very friendly. We had a great time and were very happy. Highly recommended!
Great service, very good price. I rented a city bike for a city tour. And then the next day a race bike to go to Muir Woods. Both were decent bikes. Great host named Aladdin. Very nice and service oriented person
I Rented 2 bikes on Sanfrancisco and had an amazing experience. He helped my wife find the perfect bike and lowered the seat for her multiple times to make sure she was comfortable. He explained all the areas we should visit and made our experience great. We will be booking more trips and another day of bikes this week. Awesome place awesome staff.
