The best family run book shop in town! A must visit to find hidden gems, lovely relaxing music whilst you browse the shelves plus the owners are lovely and super helpful with any book query you might have! 5* will be visiting again!

Eccentric pricing. Some bargains if one persists but too much hardback crime overflowing randomly in all directions. Pevsners very good value and seating much appreciated. Music should be switched off completely. Mindfulness or wellbeing bags etc are taking up valuable book space.

By far this is my favorite book store in Liverpool! They also sell wellness pack which comes with stunning book bag🥰 The store has many antique books that are both historical and magical❤️ Worth giving a visit!

Beautiful shop, I could have stayed for hours. The staff/owners are lovely. The shop feels really special and cared for and it really made my day finding it. I look forward to coming back next time I'm in Liverpool:)

This is a lovely bookshop with some great titles, however, I’m not sure the new owners/staff understand a bookshop’s vibe. Whilst I was there, a staff member put on some thumping ‘house’ music which instantly destroyed the calming atmosphere and made the books weep on their shelves. If you want music fine, but please make it appropriate to the environment. I took my purchase to the till and made a quick exit.
