Can't stress enough how great the staff and teachers are here. They're truly dedicated to the wellness side of movement and health instead of focusing on the hard core GRRR WORKOUT TIME you get in some studios. Also the flexi options are fantastic if you don't want to do a class. They have pre-recorded sessions that you can do by booking a flexi appointment. You basically book, show up, and get handed a tablet with all the class options. You can do your thing at your own speed. Plus, there's a teacher there in case you get stuck or are worried about hurting yourself. Honestly its the perfect studio. No notes, 5 stars.
