Look, you don't have to read many reviews or dive too deep into her website to understand that Alexa is legitimately one of the best planners you can have to deliver the day of your dream. I'm a wedding photographer that's worked with her through the years and it's always so damn seamless. She doesn’t just have a plan, she’s already thought through the backup (and the backup to that), so nothing ever feels reactive or scrambled. Communication is quick, clear, and consistent, which makes a huge difference when timelines start shifting in real time. I feel like a true partner and that my input is valued. And to top it off, she's really funny. Which I know might seem unique to call out, but trust me, vendor partners that can make you laugh really goes a long way.

I am a wedding photographer and have been working alongside planners for 20 years. Alexa and her team are incredible! They are extremely detail oriented and easy to communicate with, which is always so important when working with other vendors. She is very calm under pressure and aims to make sure everything is running smoothly! 10/10 recommend hiring her as your wedding planner!

If I could give Alexa more starts I would. We just celebrate my daughter’s quinceañera and Alexa and her team were fantastic. Alexa managed to take care of every little detail, extremely patient, super creative. We were able to create the most amazing memory thanks to her planning. We will never forget this weekend and we will always keep this celebration in our memories. Thank you Alexa!!

To say that I was happy with Alexa Kritis Events is an understatement. From our first phone call I knew she was a good fit for what I envisioned for my wedding day. Her dedication to her craft is truly amazing! You can absolutely tell not only does she love what she does, but she goes above and beyond to make your day special. She made myself and my partner feel at such peace knowing all of the details were being handled with such care. After working with her for over 20 months on my wedding day and getting to know her as a person…. I can say without hesitation she is the perfect person to give you the “best day ever!” Not only is she wonderful but she has a phenomenal team behind her. It’s honestly hard to put into words just how incredible Alexa is. No amount of gratitude could ever capture how thankful I am for everything she did to make our wedding day a dream. From the very beginning, I told her, " Alexa, I trust you. Plan my wedding." And what she delivered was not only magical—it was a hundred times more than I ever could have imagined. I was completely speechless the day of our wedding. Every single detail, every moment, every element was absolute perfection. Trusting her was hands down the best decision I could have made. I feel truly blessed to have had her by my side during such a special time in my life. She made me feel like a queen on one of the most meaningful days I’ll ever live—and that feeling will stay with me forever! And it wasn’t just Alexa.... her entire team was phenomenal. Each person was kind, present, thoughtful, and so hands-on. They made sure not only that every detail was perfect, but that every guest felt cared for. The entire day ran so smoothly, I felt like I was living in a fairytale. I wish I could live that day everyday over and over it was so perfect. Alexa handled everything—from managing RSVPs, selecting the flowers, designing every piece of décor, and even down to the cigar packaging. I didn’t lift a finger. I got to fully enjoy my engagement without the stress that usually comes with planning a wedding. She took care of it all—and she did it with so much grace, precision, and heart. She exceeded every expectation in ways I didn’t even know were possible. Her creativity, professionalism, calm energy, and ability to bring a vision to life are unmatched. Every single part of the wedding—from the first conversation to the final sendoff—was flawless. It was beyond perfection. If you’re considering working with her, let me just say: do it!!!!! DO IT!!! Alexa knocked it out of the park planning our welcome pool party and reception. Not only is she organized and a great communicator, she also has the vision to help bring an event to life- our amazing disco ball-filled dancefloor was her idea. When hurricanes forced us to reschedule our wedding, Alexa was on top of every detail and worked fast to help us figure out a backup plan with a new date. Her focus and attention to detail make you feel like you're her only client. She's the best!
