Very bad immigration lawyer. They lie about cases and have extremely poor communication. They took my money and did not deliver on what they promised. I was told I would receive a refund for my husband’s case, but now they are refusing to give any refund at all. I do not recommend this lawyer to anyone.

It’s just so frustrating , I’ve been their client since 2020. I am so disappointed in their lack of communication, service, and attention. I am now trying to schedule an appointment to speak with an actual lawyer, but they refuse to get an appointment scheduled for me and instead redirect me to a customer service representative, or office assistant, who doesn’t know how to help me and cannot give me legal advice or answers in a time that I need them most and is crucial to my case that I get that lawyer representation and consulting NOW. Absolutely absurd and disappointing to say the least.

They’ll tell you you have a strong case at the beginning and will take your money, but then a few months later, they’ll tell you a different story. Feels like a straight-up scam. Why don’t you return everybody’s money? They barely do any work on your case but want to keep tens of thousands of dollars. What a joke. There are lots of similar stories online about this law office. Do not recommend it and, if anything, please avoid it.

I contacted this firm for a consultation. The only option they gave my husband for his process was VAWA. Even though i have never abused him in any form. We expressed how we did not want to lie to the U.S. government and if he had to do a consular process we’d open to it but they flat out refused.

Paying thousands of dollars for a case with this company and now they want me to print my own documents, sign them, and FedEx them to their Washington office. Why am I paying so much money when they are supposed to be taking care of stuff like this? They had sent FedEx's, with return labels, in the past. No memo went out to their customers regarding a change to the process.
