This was my first visit to Align Med Nellis for an MRI, and the experience was excellent. The staff was professional, courteous, and clear in their communication. The technician walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The facility was clean, well-organized, and operated efficiently. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring first visit.

My experience there is great they take good care of you. My migraine headaches are lighter not as bad after I do my treatment so I’m very happy with my treatments.

I’ve been seeing Dr. McCauley at Sahara and Nellis for several years. He is awesome. Kind, caring, compassionate, funny. Also a very good Chiropractor. He has kept my neck in line stopping many headaches. I’m elderly, a lot of chronic back pains that he treats very well. Has reduced the pain to almost nothing. I’m pleased with that.
