Alkon Electric was very prompt and professional. My electric panel was quite full but they opined that it was not quite at the limit requiring a panel upgrade. They employed tandem breakers and reorganized the panel so that new dedicated lines for receptacles could be added, including one for an EV charging station. All work, including the fishing of the wires was performed with no damage done to surrounding finished areas. We received the completed permit for the job the next morning. Would definitely recommend for their professional service.
The team of Alkon are very professional and very polite they came to an emergency service call on Monday when we had one our trees fall on our service. Repeat Customer! I was in search of an electrician due to some outlets not working. I did a search on ‘top rated’ and ‘best electricians’ in Toronto and Alkon Electric continued to be at the top (with great reviews). So, I submitted a request via their website and received a response the very same day. Alex gave me a call to discuss the job (& estimated cost) and within a couple of days, Alex was at my house and fixed the issue. The cost and time to fix was exactly as discussed (no surprises which is always a relief). Alex did recommend another service (electrical panel upgrade) and was patient with my many questions. For safety reasons, decided to proceed with it and again, as promised/quoted, Alex and Dimitri delivered. They handled everything from beginning to end.
