I wish there were more than five stars to rate All About Events. Sarah, Andrea and Nikki are absolutely outstanding, and they were a joy to work with on our daughter’s wedding. Every detail was planned and executed to create the vision that our daughter and son-in-law had for their special day. From the initial planning call to the end of the wedding reception (almost a year and a half), the team from All About Events was with us every step of the way. The vendors that they curated for us did an amazing job, and Sarah and her team coordinated every detail. All About Events provided the signage and paper goods for the event. They were very creative and the perfect touch ~ thank you, Nikki! It was very easy to communicate with them ~ They really went above and beyond, responding to us very quickly regardless of the day or time. Sarah even came up with some very special surprises for our daughter and son-in-law. Truly Fantastic! I would hire All About Events again in a heartbeat ~ They are true professionals and really wonderful people. ❤️
Corporate Event We recently worked with All About Events for our grand opening ribbon-cutting event, and I cannot recommend them enough! Stacey at All About Events was an absolute gem to work with. I had all the major planning/design finished but she expertly consolidated all of the contracts and arranged all of the final steps meetings and setup that would have been incredibly anxiety-provoking and time-consuming. They picked up our cake from the bakery and brought to our wedding venue. Our wedding day was a breeze because of her and Andrea, all we had to do was show up on time at the beginning of the day to get ready and they did the rest!! They also arranged our complicated seating chart/favor table of plants in alphabetical order in such a cute way!! If you are on the fence about getting a month of coordinator, this is your sign to do it!! You will never regret it.
We had the perfect wedding weekend with All About Events and could never stop talking about every little detail. On the night of our wedding, all staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and so many of our guests from near and far have commented on what a welcoming atmosphere and professional atmosphere it was. Staff were quick to find us and our parents during the event to follow up with anything we needed, guide guests to different places, and keep things moving. All that also wouldn't have been possible without more than a year of answering every single question we had, connecting us with other guests to talk about their experiences, calming us down over all our worries big and small, and anticipating everything we would want taken care of on the big night. The team don't just accommodate planning for the usual things like the seating chart and events flow, but custom touches we put on the event like a cultural ceremony. They also kept in touch with other vendors we worked with so we would have nothing to worry about. Outside our own venue at Reading Terminal Market, the coordination team managed the flow of our ceremony and helped us out with any edits that would help it move better, as well as scouted out our ceremony venue when we couldn't go to see where things would fit--we truly felt like they had our backs all day and we didn't have to remember anything because they would have it handled. The peace of mind that brings on a wedding day is priceless! Finally, we have to mention how gorgeous the market was with the team's setup and how much fun guests had exploring the space and trying the food--there's nothing like it.
