They are a little more expensive than most other pest control companies, but it is worth the investment. The quotes are easy to understand, they respond very quickly to quote requests both via phone and email. Communication is incredible, Felix the technician that worked in our house went over and above finding where our pests were coming in, finding areas that had traffic. They are all so kind friendly and I will gladly ring them up in the future if I have more pest issues.
Kevin was super quick to get into contact and was wonderful at awnser all my questions. Travis was an absolute hoot! We immediately felt the relief button. He was very knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond. Very grateful we contacted AAP!! Look forward to our journey together.
Chris was able to find ‘Bee pest access’ within 5 minutes of his arrival.. so impressed. We have been searching endlessly for days looking for bee access to inside our home. Chris was courteous professional and certainly displayed his expertise. Their costs were very reasonable. Thank you so much. I can reclaim my home again.
I recently noticed that some insulation in my garage had been shredded. It was mostly on one side, where the overhead door track meets the floor. There were also several “over-sized” droppings, much larger than mouse-sized droppings, left behind…. Ugh. As I was carefully cleaning it up, I heard a loud shrill squeak. And another. OMG. I was sweating, shaking and unnerved. My garage is fairly empty but I couldn’t see anything further. I removed the garbage bins and threw away things I didn’t need to throw out. I moved the vehicle onto the driveway for the night. The following day (yesterday) I started calling places to seek help. After being turned away by several companies and booked by another company for 7 days from now - how lucky that I found “All About Pests”. Chris fit me in for a same-day visit (yesterday) and was truly the nicest guy. Armed with a powerful flashlight he checked all nooks and crannies. He listened to my description and then moved a few things around - and his flashlight quickly picked up a critter hiding underneath a shelving unit. A GOPHER! Poor guy was probably not trying to nest in my garage, he just wanted to escape. And too scared to try when I was jumping in and out of the vehicle (with the dog)…. Anyway, Chris slid something under the shelves and Mr. Gopher ran off into freedom. Chris also set up a live trap just in case any friends and family were left behind here. All was fine this morning. So many things I appreciate here - the quick response time, the unmarked vehicle, the success - and the most pleasant fellow! Thank you Chris!
Felix did an amazing job with removing a massive birds nest from my vents. His due diligence and attention to detail has also saved me from burning down my house when cooking.
